Shipping policy

 

1. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?

 

The shipping costs are automatically calculated individually for each destination country and communicated on the checkout page. The general rule:

 

• Germany: Up to an order value of €59.99 we charge €4.99 shipping costs in Germany. From an order value of €60, shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.

 

• France, Italy, Austria: Up to an order value of €99.99 we charge €4.99 shipping costs. From an order value of €100, shipping to France, Italy and Austria is free for you.

 

• Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK): We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for shipping to the UK. For shipping to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of €14.00. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.

 

• If you want to exchange something, the return and new delivery is free of charge for you. For all other returns, shipping costs of €4.99 apply to customers from Germany, which will be offset against the refund. For the other countries, we calculate shipping costs of €7.99.

 

 

2. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

 

Your order will be shipped to Germany with DPD or DHL. We ship to all other countries with GLS or UPS. As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us via e-mail, which you can use to track your package. Depending on where you live, you also have several options for controlling your shipment with DHL:

 

• Desired neighbor: here you can select your favorite neighbor to entrust your package to in advance.

 

• Desired day: package arrives on Thursday, but you already know that you won't be at home? Then simply select a new desired day on which you are sure to be at home.

 

• Drop-off location: With the drop-off location, you can specify that the courier can drop off your package at a location you specify without someone having to accept the package.

 

• Evening delivery: In some regions of Germany it is also possible to book an extra evening delivery (6 p.m. to 10 p.m.). However, you have to pay for this service with DHL.

 

3. MY SHIPMENT LOST - WHAT CAN I DO?

 

If there are problems with your delivery, please send us an email to support@everjump.fit. Our team will find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.

 

4. DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

 

Everjump currently delivers products within the EU. For all other countries, please send an email to support@everjump.fit.

 

5. HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

 

Within Germany, the delivery time is 1-3 days, depending on what time you ordered and how far away you live from our warehouse. International deliveries will reach you within 3-6 days.

 

6. HOW DOES THE RETURN SHIPPING WORK?

 

If you want to return your product, please contact our customer service at support @ everjump . fit (without spaces) or via our contact form. There we will create a return label for you. Please notice that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, i.e. unused, in perfect condition, with tags and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
