Jump rope is the first workout I've actually stuck to – because I enjoy it and the community motivates me. 🪢🔥
Flo tried many training methods – but none of them motivated him in the long term.

His favorite moment after training:
When your pulse slows down and that good feeling sets in:
✅ I did something. I got fitter. I stuck with it.
Flo himself says: The rope skipping training gives him energy – not only physically, but also mentally.
And as a reward, he treats himself to a non-alcoholic wheat beer. 🍺
For him, the motto is: " Just keep going."
The technique came with time – through routine, repetition and enjoyment of training.
