Shipping policy
1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST ME?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated individually for each destination country and displayed on the checkout page. Generally speaking:
• Germany: For orders up to €59.99, we charge €4.99 for shipping within Germany. Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €60 or more.
• France, Italy, Austria: For orders up to €99.99, we charge €4.99 for shipping. Shipping to France, Italy, and Austria is free for orders over €100.
• Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK): We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for shipping to the UK. For shipping to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of €14.00. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.
• If you wish to exchange an item, the return and reshipment are free of charge. For all other returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs per package.
2. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped to Germany via DPD or DHL. For all other countries, we ship with GLS or UPS. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package. Depending on your location, DHL also offers several options for managing your shipment:
• Desired neighbor: here you can select your favorite neighbor to entrust your package to in advance.
• Preferred delivery date: Package arrives on Thursday, but you already know you won't be home? Then simply select a new preferred delivery date when you are sure to be home.
• Drop-off location: With the drop-off location, you can specify that the courier can drop off your package at a location you specify without someone having to accept the package.
• Evening delivery: In some regions of Germany, it is also possible to book an extra evening delivery (6-10 pm). However, this service must be paid for by DHL.
3. MY DELIVERY HAS MISSED - WHAT CAN I DO?
If there are any problems with your delivery, please send us an email to support@everjump.fitOur team will find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.
4. DO YOU ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
Everjump currently delivers products within the EU. For all other countries, please send us an email to support@everjump.fit.
5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Within Germany, delivery takes 1-3 days, depending on the time of day you ordered and how far you live from our warehouse. International deliveries take 3-6 days.
6. HOW DOES THE RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS?
Should you wish to return your product, please contact our customer service at support@everjump.fit (without spaces) or via our contact form. Pleasenote, that your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, i.e., in perfect condition, without defects, with tags and in the original packaging, to be eligible for a return.
