Everjump reserves the right to adapt, change, or replace the content, functionality, and technical platforms of the Premium App to a reasonable extent.
4. Discontinuation of the service
Should the Everjump Premium App be permanently discontinued, there is no entitlement to a replacement, compensation or other benefits.
5. Non-transferable
The Gold Card and the associated right of use are personal and not transferable to third parties.
6. No cash payment
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is excluded.
