Forget everything you know about skipping rope in the schoolyard. A new method from Berlin will make the pounds melt away – and the best part: you don't have to be a pro to keep going for 10 minutes straight away.

The "Hula Hoop Effect": Why we need fun when losing weight

Let's be honest: Who wants to torture themselves on a treadmill for an hour? The hula hoop craze has shown that women want results, but they also want to have fun and experience quick successes.

But many reach their limits when it comes to rope jumping (back pain, bruises). The search for a solution has now led to a trend that many haven't considered since childhood: rope skipping. But not as you know it.

The problem with conventional jump ropes (The frustration factor)

"I'm too uncoordinated for that." – The founders of Everjump hear this every day. And they agree with the women! Conventional jump ropes are light, fast, and unforgiving. One wrong step, the rope whips against your shins, and frustration sets in.

Why weighted ropes are magical for beginners

This is where Everjump's solution comes in. Instead of a thin wire rope, the "Slimming Down" set uses...weighted PVC ropes.

1. The control:The weight (up to 225g) allows you to feel exactly where the rope is. It swings more slowly and stably.

2. No more tangling:The weight "forces" the rope into a perfect curve. You have time to react.

3. Turbo combustion:Because you're moving more weight, you burn as much in 10 minutes as in 30 minutes of jogging – without putting your joints under strain on hard asphalt.

Like a video game in the living room

The real secret weapon, however, is the gamification. The handles connect to your phone effortlessly via Bluetooth. As you jump, the app tracks your jumps, celebrates your records, and connects you with a community of thousands of other women. It doesn't feel like "exercise," but rather a fun challenge against yourself. The daily 10 minutes fly by.

Conclusion: Is Everjump worth it?

The numbers speak for themselves: Everjump users lose an average of4.8 kg in the first month.

With an investment that costs less than four months at the gym (which you probably don't go to anyway), the risk is low – especially since Everjump offers a weight loss guarantee if you don't see results.

How much space do I need to jump?

The recommended space required for rope skipping is approximately 3 meters from front to back and approximately 2.1 meters from side to side. The ceiling height should roughly correspond to the length of the rope.

If you order size Small, you will need a ceiling height of at least 2.44 m.

For size Medium you need a ceiling height of at least 2.59 m.

For size Large, a minimum height of 2.74 m is required.

Make sure the jumping area is clear and that there is nothing on the ceiling that could obstruct you (e.g., lamps, fans, etc.).

Can I jump on any surface?

Our jump ropes have a special coating that allows jumping on almost any surface. However, with prolonged use on rough surfaces like asphalt, the coating can wear down more quickly, exposing the inner steel wires sooner than when used on smooth floors or a jumping mat.

Thousands of people have lost weight quickly and enjoyably.

Interchangeable, weighted ropes are experiencing a real hype.
