Double Unders are a very advanced rope skipping exercise.

A double under is a jump where you jump up once and the skipping rope goes around you twice.
For this, it is fundamentally important that you jump in a controlled, stable manner and as "in one spot" as possible.
The key factors for successful double under in rope skipping are
- Rhythm and regularity
- Accelerating the rope from the wrists
- A stable and firm hull
