What payment methods does Everjump offer?
Everjump offers you many different payment options. When you complete an order and proceed to checkout, you can choose from a range of payment methods on offer. If you wish to change a selected payment method, simply click on "edit" next to the payment method. All prices on the website are gross prices including VAT to end customers. If a purchase is made outside the EU, the basis for calculating the import duty is the price paid at the time of purchase. The basis for calculating the prices on the website is the euro. If payment is made in another currency, the conversion will be based on the exchange rate and a conversion fee. The final price after conversion can be seen before the purchase is completed.
Payment by credit card
With us, you can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diners credit cards. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been dispatched.
Refund after a return
If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged. Please note: If your credit card has expired, a refund to your bank details is not possible. Please contact your credit card company in this case.
Refund in the event of cancellation
Any amounts already paid for the canceled items will of course be refunded immediately.

Payment via PayPal
If you select payment via PayPal, you will be forwarded directly to PayPal at the end of the order process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and make the payment. Are you new to PayPal? Then you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. We will usually receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately. Please note that you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions here and thus accept PayPal's processes.
Refund after a return
If you return items, the amount will automatically be credited to the PayPal account you used. You can decide yourself at PayPal whether the amount is deposited in your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to refund to your bank account. Unfortunately, another PayPal account cannot be used.
Refund after cancellation
We will refund the amount of the canceled items to your PayPal account.
Payment by instant bank transfer
With the payment method Sofortüberweisung you transfer the total amount to our account. You will be automatically redirected to Sofortüberweisung.de. As soon as we have received the payment in our account, the goods will be dispatched.

App subscription
If you purchase our monthly or annual app subscription through our website, payments will be processed through Recharge. Recharge is an eCommerce platform that manages the ongoing subscription business. Our app subscriptions can also be purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play (depending on which device you use). In this case, unlike a purchase through our website, payment transactions are processed through the respective Google or Apple system. App subscriptions are automatically renewed and can be canceled at any time.
