By participating in the Everjump X DR SMILE competition (hereinafter referred to as "competition"), the following conditions of participation and data protection information are acknowledged and accepted:

This competition is not sponsored, organized and/or supported by Facebook/Instagram.
2. conditions of participation:
In order to participate in this competition, the participant must complete the type form on the corresponding landing page at the URL https://everjump.fit/pages/drsmilexeverjump/ in full with his/her civil name and e-mail address.
Natural persons from Germany and France who have completed the type form on the landing page completely and correctly during the participation period (October 3, 2022, 00:01 a.m. to October 16, 2022, 11:59 p.m., the latter "participation deadline") and are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizers and the participating cooperation partners as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.
In the event of a culpable breach of the conditions of participation, the organizers are entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect.
3. profit and profit determination:
The following prize will be raffled off once among all participants who meet the above conditions of participation:

A voucher worth EUR 3,000.00 for a DR SMILE aligner treatment, for example. This entitles the holder to make purchases on the DR SMILE website and/or can be redeemed for a treatment with DR SMILE aligners, provided the redeemer is at least 18 years old and has the required medical suitability. The voucher for an amount of EUR 3,000.00 is transferable.
- A "Melt Set (2022)", access to the paid app "Everjump" for twelve (12) months and an "Ever Mat Pro" training mat. The prize is non-transferable.
After the closing date, the organizers will select a winner from all participants.
Contact will be made by email by October 31, 2022, 11:59 p.m. at the latest. The winner must respond to this contact within ten (10) working days. If the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize notification within ten (10) working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant may be selected/appointed.
A cash payment, change and/or exchange of the prize is excluded.
All operating, ancillary and consequential costs arising from the prize or its receipt or use shall be borne by the participant himself/herself, unless these are expressly assumed by the respective organizer.
4. termination and changes to the competition:
The organizer is entitled to cancel the competition immediately and without prior notice for important reasons. The competition may also be discontinued due to force majeure or other legal reasons.
5. other:
Should individual points of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The invalid condition of participation shall be replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and comes closest to the purpose of the invalid condition of participation.
6. data security and data protection:
By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to these conditions of participation. In addition, the participant agrees that the data collected as part of the competition (in particular, but not limited to: name, e-mail address) may be used to carry out the competition. Furthermore, the participant agrees that the organizers may contact the winner via his/her e-mail address.
The organizers may transmit the winner's data to all relevant cooperation partners to enable the competition to be held and the prizes to be distributed.
The participant can revoke his/her consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the respective message. The data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
Legal recourse is excluded.
