By participating in the Everjump 1000 Jump Challenge competition (hereinafter referred to as "competition"), the following conditions of participation and data protection information are acknowledged and accepted:

This competition is not sponsored, organized and/or supported by Facebook/Instagram.
2. conditions of participation:
In order to participate in this competition, the participant must take a before-and-after photo of their body in the style of the example below* after participating in the 1000 Jump Challenge in the EVERJUMP APP and give Pala Health GmbH (brand: EVERJUMP) permission to use it for promotional purposes. The participant must send the picture to the following e-mail address by 28.02.2023 at the latest: [email protected]. In the e-mail, the participant must also correctly state his/her civil name and e-mail address.

Natural persons from Germany and France who have correctly submitted the before-and-after photo during the participation period (January 1, 2023, 00:01 a.m. to February 28, 2023, 11:59 p.m., the latter "closing date") and are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
Employees of the organizers and the participating cooperation partners as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.
In the event of a culpable breach of the conditions of participation, the organizers are entitled to exclude the participant with immediate effect.
3. profit and profit determination:
The following prize will be raffled off three times among all participants who meet the above conditions of participation:
- A voucher worth EUR 250.00. This entitles the holder to make purchases on the Everjump website and/or can be redeemed for Everjump products, provided the redeemer is at least 18 years old. The voucher for an amount of EUR 250.00 is transferable.
After the closing date, the organizers will select a winner from all participants.
Contact will be made by e-mail by March 12, 2023, 11:59 p.m. at the latest. The winner must respond to this contact within ten (10) working days. If the winner does not confirm receipt of the prize notification within ten (10) working days, the prize will be forfeited and another participant may be selected/appointed.
A cash payment, change and/or exchange of the prize is excluded.
All operating, ancillary and consequential costs arising from the prize or its receipt or use shall be borne by the participant himself/herself, unless these are expressly assumed by the respective organizer.
4. termination and changes to the competition:
The organizer is entitled to cancel the competition immediately and without prior notice for important reasons. The competition may also be discontinued due to force majeure or other legal reasons.
5. other:
Should individual points of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. The invalid condition of participation shall be replaced by a provision that is appropriate in the individual case and comes closest to the purpose of the invalid condition of participation.
6. data security and data protection:
By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to these conditions of participation. In addition, the participant agrees that the data collected as part of the competition (in particular, but not limited to: name, e-mail address) may be used to carry out the competition. Furthermore, the participant agrees that the organizers may contact the winner via his/her e-mail address.
The organizers may transmit the winner's data to all relevant cooperation partners to enable the competition to be held and the prizes to be distributed.
The participant can revoke his/her consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the respective message. The data will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
7. agreement on rights of use for photos relating to Pala Health GmbH
The participant confirms that he/she is of legal age at the time of the above-mentioned photographs (portraits) or that he/she has presented a declaration of consent from his/her parents, which is attached to this contract.
The participant confirms that he/she agrees that the photographs taken (portraits) may be reproduced, exhibited and publicly reproduced in unaltered or altered form by Pala Health GmbH (brand: EVERJUMP) without any restriction on the scope of use in terms of space, time or content and for all possible purposes. This includes, in particular, use for commercial purposes.
The participant grants the organizer the exclusive right to use the photographs taken. This also includes the editing, retouching and use of the images for montages. Excluded from this is the private, non-commercial use of the photos by the model. Private use expressly includes use in the context of a private homepage.
The participant confirms that by participating in the competition, all claims against the model or third parties acting with the model's consent arising from the production, reproduction, distribution, exhibition or public reproduction of the images are settled. I am aware that this agreement does not constitute an employment relationship. This agreement and declaration of release shall be governed exclusively by German law, irrespective of the place of shooting. It is irrevocable.
Legal recourse is excluded.
