Germany: Up to an order value of €59.99 we charge €4.99 shipping costs in Germany. From an order value of €60, shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.

France, Italy, Austria: Up to an order value of €99.99 we charge €4.99 shipping costs. From an order value of €100, shipping to France, Italy and Austria is free for you.

Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK): For shipping to the UK we charge a flat rate of €9.99. We charge €14.00 for shipping to Switzerland. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.

If you want to exchange something, the return and new delivery is free of charge for you. For all other returns, shipping costs of €4.99 apply to customers from Germany, which will be offset against the refund. For all other countries, the shipping costs are €7.99.
