What length of rope do I need?

If you happen to fall between two sizes, we recommend the following guidelines:


For beginners, we recommend choosing the longer version. This gives you more room for mistakes when learning.


If you already have experience with jumping
or are generally well coordinated, then it depends on the
personal preference. If you focus on high speeds
choose the shorter version. If you want to play more tricks and

How often should I jump?

This is the most frequently asked

How do I start as a beginner?

What do I do if I have a problem with my grips?

If you have any problem with your
grips, you just need to send us a photo or video of the grips
support@everjump.fit and our customer support team will

How much space do I need to jump?

We recommend a
Space required: 3m from front to back or 2m from left to right.
The ceiling height should be approximately equal to the length of the rope. You need
So at least 2.45m ceiling height for the rope size S and 2.90m
Ceiling height for the Extra Large size rope.

Please make sure that you
enough space to jump and that nothing is hanging from the ceiling, which

Do I need a jumping mat?

A skipping rope mat is recommended to
to extend the life of your skipping ropes and the surface,
